The Chariot, "All's Well That Ends Well"

By all logical thinking, The Chariot should suck. The idea of a Warped Tour-playing Christian mathcore band led by a former Norma Jean vocalist sounds like a metalhead's answer to the "Most Unwanted Song" experiment, but somehow The Chariot transcended their reputation with murderous live shows, artistically DIY music videos and most of all, the frenetic punk metal of albums like Long Live and One Wing. The last time I saw them, they opened for Gojira. I doubt that many progressive death metalheads came for The Chariot, but they were able to fill the room about fifteen minutes into their set.

This week, The Chariot announced their final tour with this sweet video chronicling their ten years as a band. Their final tour (October 10-November 16) is going to be a doozy.
